Summer is high season at the Lakewoods. Although we don't normally offer discounts on lodging this time of year, we do have many additional activities included in your rates.
Summer Recreation Bonanza
Starting the last week of June, we have a full-time staff offering a variety of activities for you and your family. Biking, hiking, bingo, and boat rides are just a small part of the fun; our program has something to offer everyone on every day during the week. Spring Packages
Off-season rates
Receive up to 40% off your stay after the winter season ends the first weekend in March. There are still winter activities like the Hot Air For Hearts Balloon Rally and Snowshoe Race the 2nd weekend in March and winter trails are open until April 1st when most trails close for the season. But with snow -- some skiing and snowshoeing will still be available even after the first. It's a great quiet time for a get-away or special event when you want to be away from it all.
Later in spring, come up to watch the birds migrate and the plants & trees come to life. This is a great time to enjoy the forest as the views can be tremendous without all the leaves. The bugs still haven't woken up and it's a great time for you to come out of hibernation.

Fall Packages
Off-season Rates
Receive up to 40% off your stay after the Summer Season ends late August. Enjoy Golf, Fishing, and any number of activities without the crowds of summer. Come visit for what many locals consider their favorite time of year.
This is the time of year for you outdoorsman to get out and enjoy the Northwoods. If your looking for wild game in the forest or hunting for that trophy musky, we offer a Hunters Package get you into the action.

Winter Group Winter Packages
Lakewood is where you can find it all in winter – snow sports of all kinds, great food and great accommodations.
Extended Weekend Discount
Receive 30% off your Thursday and/or Sunday stay with your Friday and Saturday night. Beat the traffic and get an additional day in the snow and you won't miss your football games with the drive 
home either.
Mid-Week Discounts
During the mid-week, receive 20%-50% off your daily rate depending on length of stay. Come up and get the trails to yourselves (well, almost) Great grooming, low traffic, and a terrific rate, what can beat that?
Multi-Stay Winter Rates
Coming to Lakewoods more than once this winter? We'll give you a special discount. We know how you love to come up for a visit, especially when the snow flies. Guests returning more than once this season will receive 10% off for each additional stay.
Every stay of 3 or more days, receives cumulative discounts on the daily rate. For your second stay- 10% off, your forth stay -- 30% off, up to 50% off your daily rate! These rates are not in addition to other discounts -- you will receive the best rate and discount for each day of your stay. Welcome back!!
